Digigen is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@digigen.co.za.
Information we collect
We collect information directly from you. A project brief may include your contact details, organisation, project needs, timing, budget range, public reference links, referral source, consent record and limited security signals used to prevent abuse. Supplying information is voluntary, but we cannot respond without the fields marked required. A calendar booking is handled by Google and may include the details you enter there.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess project fit, prepare agreed work, operate and protect the website, and meet contractual or legal obligations. We do not put enquiry text, contact details or private workspace activity into analytics events.
Service providers and transfers
Vercel hosts the website, Resend delivers enquiry email when configured, and Google provides consented analytics and calendar booking. These providers may process data outside South Africa under their contractual and security safeguards. We share only what is needed for the requested service.
Retention and security
Enquiries are retained only while we assess and respond to them, maintain necessary business records, or meet legal obligations. We use encrypted transport, access controls, restricted server credentials and separate environments. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask whether we hold your information and request access, correction or deletion, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Some records may need to be retained for contractual or legal reasons. Email hello@digigen.co.za with your request. You may also lodge a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator through inforegulator.org.za.
