Evidence available
The public product and supplied screenshots demonstrate the quote and dispatch workflow. Production access controls and durable booking, payment and notification records remain development priorities.
The operating constraints
- Keep Klika as the single customer-facing entry point while giving operators structured control
- Let staff review every extracted detail before generating a customer quotation
- Keep base services, add-ons, quote totals, cleaner assignments, and job status consistent
Digigen’s role
Product strategy, UX/UI design, React application engineering, quote automation, live pricing controls, and dispatch-workflow implementation.
Design and delivery decisions
- Structured the public experience around conversational, quote-first intake instead of a rigid standalone booking form
- Built Quote Studio to extract a pasted WhatsApp enquiry into editable fields, price the work, generate a branded PDF quotation, and prepare a reply
- Added Firestore-backed controls for five base services and eight add-ons, plus a dispatch view for revenue, job status, cleaner assignment, and client messaging
The product scope
A home-services product in development, with conversational intake and administration screens for quotations, service pricing and cleaning dispatch.
What the product demonstrates
The demonstrated workflow turns a pasted WhatsApp enquiry into editable quote details and a branded PDF. The administration views also show service pricing and job assignment. This is product evidence, not a claim of completed bookings or measured revenue.
Technical approach
React, Vite, TypeScript, Firebase/Firestore pricing, jsPDF quotation generation, WhatsApp deep links, Vercel
Next development priorities
Harden role-based authentication and Firestore access rules, then add durable booking, payment, and notification records.
